ZETAKY – 2 YEAR INTERNATIONAL LIMITED WARRANTY

Every ZETAKY electric violin is covered by a 2-Year International Limited Warranty from the original date of purchase.

ZETAKY warrants that the instrument will be free from defects in materials, manufacturing and workmanship under normal and intended use during the warranty period.

WARRANTY COVERAGE

During the 2-year warranty period, ZETAKY will, at its discretion, repair or replace components found to have a manufacturing or material defect.

A valid proof of purchase and the instrument’s original serial number may be required for all warranty claims.

IMPORTANT – ELECTRONICS COMPARTMENT

The electronics compartment and its protective cover must not be opened, removed, modified or tampered with by the customer or by any unauthorised person.

The internal electronics of a ZETAKY instrument must only be inspected, serviced, modified or repaired by ZETAKY or a technician expressly authorised by ZETAKY.

Unauthorised opening of the electronics compartment, tampering with the internal electronics, or unauthorised repair or modification will void warranty coverage for any fault or damage resulting from or connected with such intervention.

If a problem occurs, please contact ZETAKY before opening, dismantling or attempting to repair the instrument.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear; strings, batteries or other consumable components; accidental or cosmetic damage; damage caused by misuse, improper storage, moisture, extreme temperature or improper maintenance; unauthorised modifications or repairs; damage resulting from opening or tampering with the electronics compartment; or instruments whose serial number has been removed, modified or made unreadable.

INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY

This warranty is intended for ZETAKY instruments sold internationally. Warranty service procedures may vary according to the customer’s country or region.

This Limited Warranty does not exclude, restrict or replace any mandatory statutory rights or consumer protections that apply under the laws of the purchaser’s country.
