ZETAKY – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

ZETAKY ships electric violins worldwide.

IN-STOCK INSTRUMENTS

If the selected violin is in stock, full payment is required before dispatch.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and selected shipping service.

MADE-TO-ORDER & PERSONALISED INSTRUMENTS

If the selected violin is not in stock, or if the customer requests a personalised instrument, a 30% deposit of the total purchase price is required to confirm the order and begin production.

The production time is up to 30 days from receipt of the 30% deposit and confirmation of the final specifications.

Once the instrument is completed, the customer will be notified. The remaining 70% balance must be paid before dispatch.

Shipping time is additional to the production period and depends on the destination country.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

ZETAKY ships internationally. Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT or other local charges that may apply in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Once the instrument has been dispatched, the customer will receive shipping information and, where available, a tracking number.
